Cooking Technique: How to cut up a pepper
The Process
Cut off the top of the pepper so that the green bit in the middle will be cut through.
If you hit the right spot, the green bit will fall out on its own.
Now cut the remainder in half ...
... and take out the seeds and the white stuff.
Cut the top into segments ...
... and cut through the halves.
Cut the quarters into strips - done!
